We’re so excited to see the new 2010 dress-up costumes by Little Adventures! The first we’ll highlight is Cinderella. The new dress has a lot more detail, an improved bodice with a flattering square neckline, more silver trim, and ruffled hip drapes. We really love this updated costume!
The new costumes are $1 more than the older styles and we have a very limited quantity of the older style still available. We also have a few of the older style 18″ American Girl Doll size dresses and of course a new doll dress for 2010.

Tomorrow we’ll highlight the new Belle costume!

I love all things princess and finding great princess-themed party favors can be difficult. Most are cheap plastic throwaways, but that’s just not me. I love something that will become a keepsake of the party, not something found at the bottom of a toy box, discarded and forgotten.
Accent the Party has some amazing fairytale themed products that are perfect for little princess birthday, sweet 16 party, wedding or bridal shower, and of course wedding favors. Here are my favorites:

Our Winter Holiday Belle (left) is featured - Photo Credit: Angele Sionna, Spokane Review
We’ve been featured as having some of he best Halloween and Everyday costumes for girls by the Spokane Review! Here’s a snippet…
PrincessTimeToys.com has the most practical yet still pretty princess costumes we’ve come across by Little Adventures- they’re washable! We tried out the Belle Winter Dress-Up Gown, petticoat slip, gloves and red flower headband. It is really soft and made with good quality, comfortable fabric. And did I mention it’s washable – so enjoy that spaghetti dinner on Halloween because you can full clean this costume and use it over and over again.

The Divine Miss Mommy recently reviewed our new Simply Spooky Little Mermaid Costume. Here’s a bit of what she had to say…
I was elated when Princess Time Toys chose us to review their new Simply Spooky Mermaid costume. The hardest part was not accosting the mailman everyday.
The day that it arrived in the mail, the Simply Spooky Mermaid Costume went on my 4 year old daughter. It did not come off until I peeled it off of her two days later. That was only to wash so she could put it back on. She wore it to school. She wore it out to dinner. She wore it to bed.
I am here to tell you that this costume holds up. It looks great after washing (and washing and washing) and looks great on. My daughter is in love and I have to hide this costume from her so she will not wear it every day. She does hunt around the house for it though.
Simply Spooky is the new line by Little Adventures released just in time for Halloween. The Simply Spooky Mermaid Costume is simply adorable. Washable and comfortable, this is their costume-quality line.
Read the rest of the review and see more adorable photos at The Divine Miss Mommy and purchase this sweet costume or any of our Simply Spooky line at Princess Time Toys.

Recently I saw an opportunity to review some costumes and I was taken aback, it was August. I normally have no concept of what day it is but was I really that out of touch? Flashbacks to last year and I recall how the good costumes get taken. Anyway I managed to get a wonderful witch costume (part of their Simply Spooky line) from the Princess Time Toys online store (you can also check out their blog for some great ideas).
The costume was black, purple, a touch of orange and had trimings in green so already I knew my 4 year old would be deliriously giddy since that was her favorite color. I truthfully hate shopping for Halloween costumes as I have been pretty disappointed with many aspects previously.
When did wearing a costume become something comparable with dressing like a tramp? I mean do what you want with adult costumes but with kid’s costumes at least show some decency. Call me a prude but I would love my preschooler to look cute, not sexy. The fit of the Witch costume was generous yet still very child-like. I was thrilled to see something that brought freshness yet innocence to a costume.
